You have Michael’s personal guarantee that he will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work before he finishes. If for some reason he is not able to clean to your satisfaction, you won’t have to pay a cent.
We will always try our best to arrive at the time we have agreed upon. In the unlikely event we are unable to, we will always get in touch with you promptly so that you have as much notice as is possible.
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We would appreciate as much notice as possible, but even if you need to change things last minute – on the morning, or even when we arrive – just let us know, and we’ll be happy to work it out with you.
Our line of work does not require us to be in direct contact with you. As long as we can have access to what needs to be cleaned, you do not need to be in close contact with us on the day of the job. We are able to communicate via phone and take payment by bank transfer if you require.
It is entirely up to you. If you are not going to be home, there will be a few things that we require you to prepare for us so we can do your cleaning for you. If we are performing outdoor cleaning, we need you to leave a gate unlocked so we are able to access the backyard. All pets will need to be kept inside, as they can become excited or scared by the spraying water and we do not want to get them or ourselves hurt.
Generally, we prefer that you be home if we are to do cleaning inside your house. If this is not possible, we can acquire the keys from you at an earlier time so we can clean your house in your absence.
In most situations, we use the water that is on site, which is usually your garden tap. If for some reason there is no water on site, we can still operate as we are able to bring the water that is required for the job.

Our main service area is the entire Perth Region, from south of Mandurah to north of Joondalup, and out east into the hills. For larger commercial jobs we are able to travel even further distances.
