I travel across Perth from Mandurah to Joondalup, and further for larger jobs.
That includes paved patio floors, side paths and verandahs.
Hot-water pressure cleaning removes dirt and organic growth from the paving.
I clean the edges with a turbo head, then rinse the area down.
Once it is clean, I can see whether it needs a post-treatment.
Where needed, I use a special post-treatment formula to remove ingrained organic growth.

Cleaning a larger area? I offer reduced rates for areas over 250m².
Graffiti removal starts at $350. Specialist cleaning is quoted separately.

Questions about courtyard or alfresco cleaning
Do I need to move all the pots and furniture?
Please clear the items from the area you want cleaned. That lets me reach the paving underneath tables, chairs and pots as well as the open space.
There is no need to sweep or wash the courtyard first.
Is this the patio floor or the underside of the roof?
This clean is for the ground-level paving in your alfresco or under your patio. Patio underside cleaning has its own page.

Send me a photo of the marks so I can quote for any extra stain treatment.
Please move the barbecue and other furniture out of the area you want cleaned.
Can you clean the paving down the side of the house?
Yes. Give me your address and let me know which paths you want cleaned. I can measure the area on Maps.
Please move bins, pot plants and anything else stored along the path so I can clean underneath.
Will cleaning remove every mark?
Cleaning removes dirt and organic growth, but it cannot repair damage or reverse existing wear. Sometimes the dirt hides damage, so you may notice it once the surface is clean.
Oil, rust and bore-water staining are different from general dirt. If you have those marks, include photos when you request your quote so I can quote the additional treatment.
Do I need to be home?
No. I just need access to the area you want cleaned and to your water supply.
If the area is behind a gate or down the side of the house, please make sure I can get through when I arrive. You can leave the cleaning to me while you are out.
When can I use the area again?
Let the surface dry before using the area again. If I have applied a post-treatment, keep pets off the treated area until it is dry.
Drying time depends on the weather and how quickly that part of your property dries. Go by the surface being dry rather than a set number of hours.
Are stain treatments included?
Oil stain removal and rust and bore-water stain removal are quoted separately from pressure cleaning. Include photos of any stains when you ask for your quote.
