I use a hot-water surface cleaner to wash away dirt and build-up.
I clean along the edges with a turbo head, then rinse the floor.
After cleaning, I can see whether it needs a post-treatment.
Where needed, my special post-treatment formula removes ingrained organic growth.
Please move cars, boxes and other stored items off the floor.

Questions about carport or garage floor cleaning
How much of the garage needs to be cleared?
Clear the floor you want cleaned, including cars, boxes, tools and other stored items. I need to be able to reach the surface underneath them.
There is no need to sweep first.
Can you remove the oil marks on the floor?
Oil stain removal is an additional treatment. Send me a photo of the oil marks for a quote.
Oil can leave staining even after treatment. The pressure-cleaning price covers the general floor clean; oil treatment is quoted separately.
Does this include the carport roof?
This is a floor clean. If you also want the underside of the carport cleaned, include photos of it when you enquire so I can quote for the work you want.
Will cleaning remove every mark?
Cleaning removes dirt and organic growth, but it cannot repair damage or reverse existing wear. Sometimes the dirt hides damage, so you may notice it once the surface is clean.
Oil, rust and bore-water staining are different from general dirt. If you have those marks, include photos when you request your quote so I can quote the additional treatment.
Do I need to be home?
No. I just need access to the area you want cleaned and to your water supply.
If the area is behind a gate or down the side of the house, please make sure I can get through when I arrive. You can leave the cleaning to me while you are out.
When can I use the area again?
Let the surface dry before using the area again. If I have applied a post-treatment, keep pets off the treated area until it is dry.
Drying time depends on the weather and how quickly that part of your property dries. Go by the surface being dry rather than a set number of hours.
Are stain treatments included?
Oil stain removal and rust and bore-water stain removal are quoted separately from pressure cleaning. Include photos of any stains when you ask for your quote.
