Perth Bin Area Cleaning
I provide pressure cleaning for bin areas across Perth, including enclosure floors, concrete pads and the paths used to move bins in and out. I work at strata properties, schools, shops, warehouses and other commercial sites.
I clean built-up dirt and residue from suitable concrete and paving around the bins. Oil stains, chewing gum, graffiti, bore stains and paint removal can also be assessed and included in the quote where needed.
I do the cleaning myself, so you can talk directly with the person doing the job. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance, with work arranged around bin collections, deliveries and access to the property. After-hours and night cleaning are available at an additional charge.

Questions about bin area cleaning
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. I can arrange the cleaning around bin collections, deliveries and access to the property. Tell me the hours available and any activities that will continue on site so we can agree a suitable booking.
After-hours and night work attract an additional charge. I include that cost in the quote before you agree to the work.
Can you quote for just part of the site?
Yes. You can book the bin enclosure floor, an outdoor bin pad or the path leading to it without having the whole property cleaned. Tell me which areas you want included and which should be left out.
I can quote the areas together or set them out separately so you can decide what to go ahead with. Other areas can be arranged for a later visit.
What do you need for a quote?
Send me the address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. You do not need to measure them yourself: I can measure outdoor areas from an aerial view or come out for a free site visit.
A site visit is useful for indoor or undercover spaces and when we need to walk through the access arrangements. For graffiti or specialist stain removal, send photographs of the marks. Photos are not required for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.
Do the bins need to be moved before cleaning?
Yes. Arrange for bins and loose rubbish to be moved off the agreed floor area so I can reach the surface underneath. Let me know if access is restricted so we can plan the visit. This service covers the hard surfaces around the bins; it is not a rubbish collection service.
How do we arrange access during cleaning?
Tell me when the bins are collected and how they can be moved clear of the floor. We agree access, water availability and the area to be cleaned so the work fits around collections and normal use.
If pedestrian assistance is needed, a second person can help direct people around the working area at an additional charge. We agree the arrangements and include the cost in the quote before booking.
Do you offer ongoing cleaning?
Yes. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. We can arrange repeat cleaning around collection days and how quickly residue builds up. The enclosure and its access path can be included together or cleaned at different intervals.
A repeat visit does not have to cover the whole site. We can focus on the areas that need cleaning and include additional stain removal when it is needed and agreed.
