These terms explain the basics of arranging cleaning with ProWash Squirrels. Your quote sets out the work and price for your particular job.

Quotes and the work agreed
Contact us for a free quote. Tell us the property address, what you would like cleaned and any particular stains or concerns. Photos help us understand the job.
Website prices are a guide to the services described. The scope and price for your job are confirmed in your quote. If the job changes, we’ll discuss any change to the work and price with you before proceeding.
Sending an enquiry does not book a job. We’ll confirm the arrangements with you directly.
What to expect from cleaning
Every surface is different. Before starting, Michael will explain the result he expects to achieve and anything that may not come out. Existing damage, surface wear and some stains cannot be removed by cleaning.
The photos and videos on this website show examples of our work. They illustrate what is possible, rather than promising an identical result on every property.
My satisfaction guarantee
You don’t pay until you’re happy with the work. Michael does every cleaning job himself. Let him know if something isn’t right so he can fix it up before you pay.

Changes to your booking
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please get in touch as soon as you can. If weather or site conditions affect the work, we’ll contact you to discuss the arrangements.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page or in our satisfaction guarantee takes away rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are supplied with due care and skill and are fit for an agreed purpose.
