Cleaning a larger area? I offer reduced rates for areas over 250m².
Graffiti removal starts at $350. Specialist cleaning is quoted separately.

Questions about patio underside cleaning
How do you clean the underside of the patio?
I soft wash the underside. This is a different job from pressure cleaning the paving underneath.
Send me a photo of the underside and let me know about any plants or electrical fittings.
What if there are lights or other electrical fittings?
Tell me about them and include them in your photos before booking. I need to know they are there before agreeing to the clean.
If we go ahead, the power must be switched off and you’ll need to sign a waiver. Even with the power off, electrical faults or damage can occur, and the power may keep tripping afterwards.
What about plants underneath the patio?
I can’t soft wash with plants underneath. Move pot plants out of the area before the clean.
If there are plants in the ground that cannot be moved, show me those in your photos before booking.
Does patio cleaning include the paving underneath?
The underside and the paving are separate parts of the job. Let me know if you want both cleaned.

Show any electrical fittings and plants beneath the patio as well. Those affect whether I can do the job.
Do I need to be home?
No. I just need access to the area you want cleaned and to your water supply.
If the area is behind a gate or down the side of the house, please make sure I can get through when I arrive. You can leave the cleaning to me while you are out.
