5.085 Google reviews“Prowash Squirrals, Michael, and Emma truly impressed me with their exceptional pressure cleaning efforts on a three-level building.”
“Michael responded promptly to my needs and fitted in around other trades I had working on site. Did a great job removing old paint spills on paving and brick work.”
“The booking was followed through as agreed, photos were sent to me by way of proof of work undertaken. I am a repeat customer and happy to recommend ProWash Squirrels.”
Questions about commercial pressure cleaning
Can you quote for just part of a site?
Yes. You can book the areas that need cleaning without having the whole property done. A school might need its undercover area and connecting paths cleaned, while a strata property might only need the entrance, shared courtyard and bin area.
Tell me which areas you want included and which should be left out. I can quote those areas together, or set out separate areas so you can decide what to go ahead with. If other parts of the property need attention later, we can arrange those as another job.
Can the work fit around opening hours?
Yes. Tell me when the site is busiest, when deliveries arrive and which entrances need to remain available. That lets us plan the cleaning around customers, staff, residents or students rather than treating the property as an empty site.
Where practical, I can work through the site in sections so the whole area does not need to close at once. Night cleaning is also available when daytime work would cause too much disruption. We agree the working hours and access arrangements before the booking so you can notify the people affected.
After-hours and night work attract an additional charge and are not included in the standard pricing. I include that cost in the quote before you agree to the work.
Can you help manage pedestrians while cleaning?
Yes. A second person can be on site to help direct pedestrians around the working area while I concentrate on cleaning. This can be useful at busy entrances, shared paths and shopping areas where people still need to get through.
Let me know which routes must stay open and whether there is another way around the area being cleaned. We can then agree how to divide the work and where pedestrian assistance will be needed. A second person does not mean every access route can stay open throughout the clean; the arrangements depend on the site.
The second person is an additional charge, not included in standard pricing. We agree whether they are needed and include the cost in your quote before booking.
What should I send for a quote?
Send me the site address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. For example, you might want the front paths and courtyard, the warehouse floor, or the paving around the shops. You do not need to measure the area yourself: I can use an aerial view to measure the outdoor areas.
I can also come out for a free site visit. That is useful where the work is indoors, undercover or not clear from the aerial view, or where we need to walk through the areas and access arrangements together.
For graffiti or specialist stain removal, please send a photograph of the marks so I can assess the treatment needed. Photos are not a requirement for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.
Do you offer ongoing cleaning?
Yes. I offer both one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. You might need a single clean to bring a property back up to standard, or regular attention to entrances, busy walkways and bin areas that become dirty more quickly than the rest of the site.
The frequency depends on how the property is used and how quickly dirt builds up. We can agree which areas need regular cleaning and which only need occasional attention, then arrange the work around your operating hours, collection days or other site commitments.
An ongoing clean does not have to cover the entire property every time. We can focus on the areas that need it and include additional work, such as graffiti or stain removal, when it is needed and agreed.
