Do you have insurance?
Yes. My work is covered by $20 million public liability insurance. I’m happy to send you a copy of my certificate of currency.
Do you have a police clearance?
Yes. I have a current police clearance and I’m happy to send you a copy.
Where do you work?
I’m based in Rockingham and work across Perth, from Mandurah to Joondalup. For larger commercial jobs, I also travel outside the Perth area.
How much does it cost?
Pressure cleaning is $5m² with a $250 minimum per job. Graffiti removal starts at $350. Specialist cleaning is quoted separately.
Does the price include GST?
Yes. All my prices include GST. There are no call-out fees, hidden charges or extra fees added on the day.
Your quote covers the work we’ve agreed on, so you know the full cost before I start. What’s on your quote is what you pay.
When do I pay?
You pay after the cleaning is finished and you’re happy with the work. The price is agreed beforehand, so you already know what you’ll be paying.
I do the cleaning myself, so you can discuss the finished work directly with me. My satisfaction guarantee means you can check the finished work before paying.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
You don’t pay until you’re happy with the work. Once I’ve finished, let me know if there’s anything you’re not happy with and I’ll fix it up before you pay.
If I can’t clean it to your satisfaction, you don’t pay.
Do I need to be home?
No. I just need access to the area you want cleaned and to your water supply.
If the area is behind a gate or down the side of the house, please make sure I can get through when I arrive. You can leave the cleaning to me while you are out.
Do you need my water?
I usually use your garden tap. For graffiti removal, I bring my own water.
If there’s no water on site for other cleaning, let me know when you ask for a quote. I’d need to hire a water tanker, which adds to the cost.
Will you be on time?
I always do my best to arrive at the time we agreed. If I can’t, I’ll let you know as soon as I can, so you have as much notice as possible.
I need to change or cancel. What do I do?
Life doesn’t always go to plan. Please give me as much notice as you can. Even if it’s last minute, just let me know and we’ll work it out.
