Perth Public Space Pressure Cleaning
I provide pressure cleaning for public spaces across Perth, including footpaths, paved gathering areas, entrances and the hard surfaces around seating and amenities. I can clean a single busy area or work through a larger site in sections.
I clean built-up dirt and surface growth from concrete and paving. Chewing gum, graffiti, oil stains, bore stains and paint removal can also be included in the quote to address the marks that stand out in heavily used spaces.
I do the cleaning myself, so you can talk directly with the person doing the job. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance, with work arranged around public access, events and the quieter times at your site. After-hours and night cleaning are available at an additional charge.

Questions about public space cleaning
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. I can arrange the cleaning around public access, events and the quieter times at your site. Tell me the hours available and any activities that will continue on site so we can agree a suitable booking.
After-hours and night work attract an additional charge. I include that cost in the quote before you agree to the work.
Can you quote for just part of the site?
Yes. You can book an entrance, a section of footpath, a paved gathering area or the paths around amenities without having the whole property cleaned. Tell me which areas you want included and which should be left out.
I can quote the areas together or set them out separately so you can decide what to go ahead with. Other areas can be arranged for a later visit.
What do you need for a quote?
Send me the address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. You do not need to measure them yourself: I can measure outdoor areas from an aerial view or come out for a free site visit.
A site visit is useful for indoor or undercover spaces and when we need to walk through the access arrangements. For graffiti or specialist stain removal, send photographs of the marks. Photos are not required for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.
Can you clean around fixed seating and street furniture?
Yes. Tell me about benches, bollards and other fixed fittings when you enquire so I can include the accessible hard surfaces around them. Loose furniture and other movable items should be cleared from the agreed area before the work starts.
How do we arrange access during cleaning?
Tell me which pedestrian routes must remain available, when the area is busiest and whether an alternative route can be used. We agree the working sections and any temporary closures before the visit.
If pedestrian assistance is needed, a second person can help direct people around the working area at an additional charge. We agree the arrangements and include the cost in the quote before booking.
Do you offer ongoing cleaning?
Yes. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. Busy entrances, seating areas and shaded paths can need attention at different intervals. We can arrange repeat cleaning around public use and scheduled events.
A repeat visit does not have to cover the whole site. We can focus on the areas that need cleaning and include additional stain removal when it is needed and agreed.
