Perth Strata and Apartment Pressure Cleaning
I provide pressure cleaning for strata properties and apartment complexes across Perth, including shared entrances, paths, courtyards, ramps and bin areas. You can arrange a clean of the priority areas or a larger job across the common property.
I clean built-up dirt and surface growth from concrete and paving. Chewing gum, graffiti, oil stains, bore stains and paint removal can also be included in the quote, with the proposed areas clearly set out for approval.
I do the cleaning myself, so you can talk directly with the person doing the job. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance, with work arranged around resident access, deliveries and the needs of the complex. After-hours and night cleaning are available at an additional charge.

Questions about strata cleaning
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. I can arrange the cleaning around resident access, deliveries and the needs of the complex. Tell me the hours available and any activities that will continue on site so we can agree a suitable booking.
After-hours and night work attract an additional charge. I include that cost in the quote before you agree to the work.
Can you quote for just part of the site?
Yes. You can book the main entrance, shared paths, courtyard or bin enclosure without having the whole property cleaned. Tell me which areas you want included and which should be left out.
I can quote the areas together or set them out separately so you can decide what to go ahead with. Other areas can be arranged for a later visit.
What do you need for a quote?
Send me the address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. You do not need to measure them yourself: I can measure outdoor areas from an aerial view or come out for a free site visit.
A site visit is useful for indoor or undercover spaces and when we need to walk through the access arrangements. For graffiti or specialist stain removal, send photographs of the marks. Photos are not required for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.
Can you provide a quote for the council of owners?
Yes. The written quote can identify each area and the work proposed so the council of owners can see what it is approving. If you want options, I can set out priority areas separately from a wider clean. Let me know the billing details and any reference required for the job.
How do we arrange access during cleaning?
Tell me which gates and entrances residents need to use and whether another route is available. We agree the timing and sections before booking so the strata manager can give residents the relevant notice.
If pedestrian assistance is needed, a second person can help direct people around the working area at an additional charge. We agree the arrangements and include the cost in the quote before booking.
Do you offer ongoing cleaning?
Yes. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. Shared entrances and shaded paths can be cleaned on a regular schedule, with quieter areas included less often. We can agree the areas and timing with the strata manager.
A repeat visit does not have to cover the whole site. We can focus on the areas that need cleaning and include additional stain removal when it is needed and agreed.
