Perth Warehouse and Industrial Pressure Cleaning
I provide pressure cleaning for warehouses across Perth, including concrete floors, loading areas, staff entrances, paths and service yards. You can book a single area or a larger clean across the site.
I clean built-up dirt and traffic grime from suitable concrete and paving. Oil stains, chewing gum, graffiti, bore stains and paint removal can also be included in the quote, with treatment suited to the surface.
I do the cleaning myself, so you can talk directly with the person doing the job. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance, with work arranged around deliveries, shifts and warehouse operations. After-hours and night cleaning are available at an additional charge.

Questions about warehouse cleaning
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. I can arrange the cleaning around deliveries, shifts and warehouse operations. Tell me the hours available and any activities that will continue on site so we can agree a suitable booking.
After-hours and night work attract an additional charge. I include that cost in the quote before you agree to the work.
Can you quote for just part of the site?
Yes. You can book the warehouse floor, loading apron, staff entrance or paths around the building without having the whole property cleaned. Tell me which areas you want included and which should be left out.
I can quote the areas together or set them out separately so you can decide what to go ahead with. Other areas can be arranged for a later visit.
What do you need for a quote?
Send me the address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. You do not need to measure them yourself: I can measure outdoor areas from an aerial view or come out for a free site visit.
A site visit is useful for indoor or undercover spaces and when we need to walk through the access arrangements. For graffiti or specialist stain removal, send photographs of the marks. Photos are not required for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.
Can you clean inside the warehouse?
Yes, suitable concrete warehouse floors can be included. I can come out to look at the floor finish, stock layout, water access and drainage before quoting. Tell me which sections can be cleared and anything nearby that needs to stay dry so the quote covers a practical area of work.
How do we arrange access during cleaning?
Tell me when loading doors are in use, which vehicle routes must remain available and where stock or equipment will need moving. We agree how to separate the cleaning area from staff and vehicle movements before booking.
If pedestrian assistance is needed, a second person can help direct people around the working area at an additional charge. We agree the arrangements and include the cost in the quote before booking.
Do you offer ongoing cleaning?
Yes. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. Loading areas and staff entrances may need more frequent attention than quieter parts of the yard. We can arrange repeat visits around your shifts and delivery schedule.
A repeat visit does not have to cover the whole site. We can focus on the areas that need cleaning and include additional stain removal when it is needed and agreed.
