Yes. I can arrange cleaning after school, at night or during school holidays to fit around classes and school activities. Tell me the dates you have in mind and whether holiday programs, staff or other contractors will still be using the grounds.

We agree the working hours and access before booking, so you can arrange for gates to be opened and let the relevant people know. After-hours and night work attract an additional charge, which is included in the quote before you agree to the work.

Yes. You can have the areas that need attention cleaned without booking the whole school. That might be the undercover area and connecting paths, the quadrangle, or the paving outside the canteen.

Tell me which areas you want included. I can quote them together or set out separate areas so you can decide what to go ahead with. Other parts of the grounds can be arranged for a later visit.

Send me the school address and tell me which areas you would like cleaned. You do not need to measure them yourself: I can use an aerial view to measure the outdoor areas.

I can also come out for a free site visit. This is useful for undercover areas, spaces that are not clear from above, or when we need to walk through the grounds and access arrangements together.

For graffiti, chewing gum or specialist stain removal, send a photograph of the marks so I can assess the treatment needed. Photos are not required for an ordinary pressure-cleaning enquiry.

Where practical, I can work in sections so other parts of the grounds remain available. Let me know which entrances and paths need to stay open, and whether there is an alternative route around the area being cleaned.

A second person can help direct pedestrians around the working area if needed. This is an additional charge, agreed in the quote before booking. We plan the arrangements with the school; some paths or entrances may need to close while that section is cleaned.

Yes. Chewing gum, graffiti, oil stains, bore stains and paint removal can be included in the quote alongside pressure cleaning. Tell me where the marks are and send photographs showing the affected surface.

These services are priced separately from general pressure cleaning. Your quote sets out the work included and its cost so you can choose which areas and treatments to approve.

Yes. I offer one-off cleans and ongoing maintenance. You might want a clean during the school holidays, or regular attention to busy paths, undercover areas and bin enclosures.

We can agree which areas need repeat cleaning and which only need occasional attention, then arrange visits around the school calendar. Every visit does not have to cover the whole school.
